Shorter Lead Times
Once a Blanket Purchase Order is placed, we will manufacture the goods in batches according to your release schedule and then keep your assigned inventory in stock at one of our US warehouses, either in New York or Missouri. Upon the acceptance of your blanket PO, we procure all necessary raw materials and begin production runs. Our JIT system reduces the lead times because after the first release, all subsequent releases are on hand and ready to ship per your schedule. This is much more efficient than placing smaller orders and dealing with manufacturing and shipping lead times for each release or production run.
Do you need another order earlier than expected? Don’t worry, we’ll get the shipment prepared and shipped out the same day. Our just in time inventory system means you can stop worrying about all the global shipping issues.
