What We Measure
Real-world data for every motor.
A motor dynamometer simultaneously measures rotational speed and torque. Paired with our bench instrumentation, we capture power, current draw, and operating efficiency across the entire torque range, then export it to our validation software to extrapolate a complete performance curve.
Use the dyno to evaluate first-article samples, compare two candidate motors, diagnose a field failure, or simulate a specific duty cycle.
*Available for DC motors and gear motors only. AC motor testing is not currently supported.
